	Mr.V.NATARAJAN CHAIRMAN - EMERITUS	Pouplarly known as Pyramid Natarajan More than 30 years in Film/Content Production, Management and Distribution Member of Various Trade Bodies in the Film Industry
	Mr.N.NARAYANAN CHAIRMAN	Mr.N.Narayanan has held senior level positions in corporate organisations across various disciplines. His area of expertise include overall management, board level interactions, man management and creating synergies amongst diverse experts. As a Promoter Director of Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited, he is now involved in the operations and business affairs of the company. He is the mentor of Mr. P.S.Saminathan. He is active in several social and cultural organisations.
	Mr.P.S.SAMINATHAN MANAGING DIRECTOR	Mr. P. S. Saminathan, a commerce Graduate from Loyola College, Chennai & professional Cost Accountant by qualification. He has started his career as aquaculture economist and become a venture capitalist in the capacity of Head – Finance, where he has handled appraisal, disbursement, monitoring and recovery. Mr. Saminathan has more than 18 years of domain expertise in techno-commercial ventures, which includes stints at M/s. Value Added Funds Management Ltd., a private equity fund, M/s. Jupiter Trades, a cable TV Multi System Operator in Chennai and M/s. Aquastride, a consultancy organization in the field of bioscience. He promoted Saimira access technologies which brought the concept of digital cable at a very early stage. He is one of the promoter and managing director of the pyramid Saimira group and is a visionary in the field of Entertainment & Convergence.

	Mr.K.NATARAHJAN DIRECTOR	Professional Chartered Accountant having more than 30 Years of Experience Designed the Internal Control System, Audit Systems for M/s. ASHOK LEYLAND
	Mr.K.S.KASIRAMAN DIRECTOR	Mr.K.S.Kasiraman was previously the Chairman of Southern India Regional Council of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was earlier Dy. General Manager (Secretarial) of Ashok Leyland Ltd. and Company Secretary of Ashok Leyland Projects Services Ltd. His experience includes forming of Ashok Leyland Finance and he was instrumental in the taking over of Ashok Leyland by Hinduja Group. He was also the man behind the fund mobilization and public issue of Ashok Leyland Finance and other Ashok Leyland Group Companies
	Mr.G. RAMAKRISHNAN DIRECTOR	Mr. G. Ramakrishnan, aged 65 years, is an Advocate by profession. He is having wide exposure over 3 decades in Legal, Secretarial and Insurance portfolio. As Arbitrator, he handled about 2000 cases and received Awards in respect of vehicle hire purchase disputes. He previous worked as Manager - Insurance in Ashok Leyland till his retirement in 2000.
