Synopsis:
‘Dasavatharam’ is directed by K.S.Ravikumar and Produced by Oscar V.Ravichandran under the banner of Oscar films. The film casts Kamal Haasan, Asin, Mallika Sherawath in the lead.
One of Kamal’s characters takes us back to the 12th century. Ranga Raja Nambi role is played by Kamal Haasan and Kulotungan by Napolean. The whole shoot was completed in Chidambaram and they used as many as two dozen elephants and horses. The cast and crew prided in bringing a glimpse of what is to come to the eagerly waiting film fanatics. What follows is a curtain raiser to the film that is sure to challenge all the movies released so far in terms of technical as well as aesthetic aspects.The film’s leading actress Asin plays a double role Kothai and Andal. The movie also has Mallika Sherawat playing an intelligence agency operative by the name Jasmine.
