F&B is an independent profit center division of Pyramid Saimira and presently having a multicasting Food Court operational in North. Segments of F&B divisions are as follows;
I) Cinema F&B Channel - Providing F&B solutions to Theatre operations across the country and presently having 115 cinema canteens operational in 6 States (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Maharastra & Haryana)
II) Retail F&B Channel (Food Courts & Restaurants) - Providing multi cuisine food under one umbrella in the form of Food Court in the area of 10000 to 12000 sq. Well trained and experienced chefs and professionals are engaged to maintained the high level of quality and food Safety standards as per international guidelines.
III) Institutional Catering Services (Executive Cafeteria, Dining Halls, School Cafeteria & Company Guesthouses) - Providing customized and personalized food services to our corporate clients. This services are provided based on availability of well equipped central kitchen to cater corporate house based on their requirements of food services in office premises.

a) Apple Tree - Mainly serving healthy foods with proper calorie counts to provide meals to people who are on specific diet like diabetic, cholesterol blood pressure etc. Food prepared at Apple Tree are free from artificial coloring agents, spices, oil and polished products. Items served are clear or puree soup, salad, fresh juices, bread, properly cooked diet food & fresh fruits etc.
b) augrita - Serving vegetarian selection from international cuisines. Items served are variety soup & salad, pastas, baked & fried dishes etc.
c) Beverage & More - Serving variety of hot & cold beverages along with light snacks. Items served are Soft drinks, Tea, Coffee, Butter Milk, Lassi, Cookies, Sandwiches, Popcorn & Ice Cream etc.
d) Brahmin's Kitchen - Serving pure vegetarian South Indian Food with dominant flavor of Tamil Nadu. Chefs working for Brahmin's Kitchen are well trained professionals having experience of preparing traditional food from different parts of Tamil Nadu. Items served are Variety of Dosas, Idlis, Uttapam, Pongal with Sambhar & Chutneys, Porial and other specialties to make full and mini meals.
e) Shivalay - Serving vegetarian snacks, chats, Indian Sweets and street food from North and west India. Items served are Chhole Bhature, Puri Bhaji, Pao Bhaji, Variety of Chats, Rabri Jalebi, Rasmalai & Gulab Jamun etc.
f) Red Curry - Serving Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian food from North West frontier cuisines. Items served are Kali Dal, Dal Tadaka, Tandoori Roti, Paratha, Naan, Kulcha, Pulao, Biryani, Korma, Makhani, Kababs, Mutton Roganjosh, Saag Gosht, Chicken Dopiyaza and Dum Murgh etc.
g) Tahaal - Serving Vegetarian and Non vegetarian food from Mediterranean cuisines. Items served are Hummus, Pita Bread, Falafel, KebabsPayelas and Swormas etc.
Expansion Plan - We have a Food Court in North and would have another 5 operational by next year in and around Delhi & NCR before moving to any other locations in India and abroad.
Each of the brand will in future become a separate, expandable and franchisable one.
