M/s.Spirit Global are a reputed developers, developing malled properties in North India. They have agreed to acquire existing theatres / acquire lands of our choice in Class A- and Class B towns in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh and construct / upgrade single / 2 screens, create place for a super market, place for Family Entertainment Center / Food Court.

The total sq.ft. area will be between 30000 to 50000 sq.ft. This will be a composite retail and Family Entertainment Center and a neighborhood mall. This will be located in places where there is a captive household of 1 lakh plus in the area. They have agreed to construct 150 such composite neighborhood entertainment centers at their investment and give it to us on a 20 – 30 years rental. The total capital investment they are willing to invest on this venture is more than 1500 Crores (300 mil usd) . This deal will give us complete geographical presence across those states and will enable us to be a monopoly / major parts in those areas.
