PSTL have signed agreements with M/s.Swatantra Land & Finance Pvt. Ltd. for 22 Malls in the state of Haryana and 20 Malls in the State of Rajasthan.

This is a walk in agreement, meaning that PSTL walks in to the place fully completed including Interiors, Chairs, Equipments, etc., as per PSTL’s specifications. PSTL approves / selects the location. This gives us an unmatched flexibility in terms of where we locate, unlike the traditional method where the developer develops as per their preference. These malls are entertainment focused and not shopping focused. PSTL will save huge capex on this “walk in agreement”.

Already land area has been acquired at Faridabad, Karnal, Panchkula and Dharuhera in Haryana and Bhiwadi in Rajasthan.
